Like most things that are perfect, they rarely exist in the real world, but are what make our dreams. Well, there is no need to dream to see the perfect nursing home, it exists in reality. Most states carry out surprise inspections on nursing homes to make sure they are doing a good job and serving the community. One one such, 5-day, investigation one nursing home in Toms River, NJ was given a perfect rating.

The inspection consisted of 5-days of observations of the facilities and workings, and interviews with residents, families, management, and staff. The name of the nursing facility is Shorrock Gardens Care Center and it actually consists of four different regions which are specialized for care for different types of patients.
